How to reinstall the Ubigi eSIM profile I deleted on my Android device?

If you deleted your Ubigi eSIM profile by mistake on your Android device, you can reinstall it easily by following the steps below:

– open the Ubigi app on your device and connect to your Ubigi account

– once connected, go to the Settings tab and click on the “Re-install my Ubigi eSIM” button:


– then follow the instructions on screen to complete the installation.

NB: The re-installation of a Ubigi eSIM profile is limited to 5 times max after deletion. In case you get an error message during a re-installation, please see the following section:

Ubigi eSIM -Excellent
Ubigi eSIM was a bit of a challenge to set up initially, and it did require some patience to get everything running. However, once it was activated and working properly, the service was absolutely flawless. Throughout my Far East trip, the data connection was reliable, fast, and consistent, with excellent signal coverage across multiple locations. It completely removed the stress of finding local SIM cards or relying on unreliable Wi-Fi, making travel far easier and more comfortable. Once up and running, it delivered exactly what you want when travelling: seamless data access, strong coverage, and peace of mind. I would confidently use it again for international travel.

How to check eSIM compatibility

Smartphones / Tablets:

Dial *#06#.
→ If an EID number appears, your device is eSIM-compatible.

Windows 10 / 11:

Press Windows+I.
Go to “Network & Internet”
→ If you see "Cellular", your PC is eSIM-compatible.

How to check carrier unlocking

iPhone / iPad:

Go to Settings > General > About.
Scroll to Carrier Lock.
→ If you see “No SIM restrictions”, your device is unlocked.

Android:

Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile network.
Disable Automatic network selection.
→ If multiple networks appear, your device is unlocked.

You already have an eSIM in your cart.

Each order can only include one eSIM data plan.
