Yes, it is possible to install several Ubigi eSIM profiles on your eSIM compatible device.
You can install only one eSIM profil from the application, and you can add extra eSIM profiles by installing them manually on your device.

However, to manage more easily your eSIM profile and your Ubigi account, we advise you to install only one eSIM profile per device.

We purchased a data plan for Europe for my iPhone 11. When we arrived in Amsterdam we could not connect to the eSIM following instructions on an email from Ubigi. After many emails from technical support we still could not connect the Ubigi eSIM. We are very disappointed that we could not make use of the eSIM that we purchased.

How to check eSIM compatibility

Smartphones / Tablets:

Dial *#06#.
→ If an EID number appears, your device is eSIM-compatible.

Windows 10 / 11:

Press Windows+I.
Go to “Network & Internet”
→ If you see "Cellular", your PC is eSIM-compatible.

How to check carrier unlocking

iPhone / iPad:

Go to Settings > General > About.
Scroll to Carrier Lock.
→ If you see “No SIM restrictions”, your device is unlocked.

Android:

Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile network.
Disable Automatic network selection.
→ If multiple networks appear, your device is unlocked.

You already have an eSIM in your cart.

Each order can only include one eSIM data plan.
