When restoring your data to your a new or another iPhone, the eSIM profile is not restored. This is an Apple limitation in the data restoration process.

In order to properly reinstall your Ubigi eSIM profile on your iPhone after restoring or resetting your device, we invite you to follow the instructions below:

A/ If you are restoring or transferring data to the same iPhone:
Connect to WiFi or cellular data with your primary SIM card (locally), then follow instructions here to reinstall your Ubigi eSIM profile.

B/ If you are restoring or transferring data to a new iPhone or a different iPhone:
If you still have access to your "old" phone on which the Ubigi eSIM profile was installed, please access it and go to Settings to delete the eSIM profile on it. (NB: make sure you are connected to WiFi with old phone when deleting).

After that, follow instructions on this link in order to reinstall the eSIM profile on your new phone.

If you do not have access to your "old" phone on which the Ubigi eSIM profile was installed, please contact Customer Service mentioning the email address of your Ubigi account to help you resolve the situation.
