When you purchase a data plan, you automatically receive a confirmation email (sent to the email address associated with your Ubigi account) once the payment is accepted.

Note: The payment receipt is sent at the time of purchase from the email address noreply@ubigi.com. If you cannot find this email, please check your junk or spam folder.

If you have received the payment confirmation email but the recharge still does not appear in your account after 10 minutes, please contact Customer Service by filling in the form here and attach the payment confirmation email you received.
