I cannot connect with my Ubigi eSIM, what should I do?
First, make sure that your location is covered by our services here.
If this is your first connection, it might take a few minutes for the eSIM to connect.
If your location is covered but no network shows on your screen after few minutes, try the following troubleshooting:
– Check that cellular data (3G/4G/5G) are activated on your device (in the Settings) – Switch the device to “Airplane Mode”, then try to activate “Cellular” again – Restart your device – Do a manual network search: Select your Ubigi profile in Network & Internet, then go to “Mobile Network” and touch “Search Networks”. The list of available networks will be displayed, then select on that list one of our local partners (see the list here) – For Windows 10, Windows 11 & Android only: Check that roaming option is activated in the Settings

almost perfect
The one day that i needed the mobile data most due to work, that day for 2 hours the network was not working at all for technical reasons. The rest of the days were good though. This is reason i do not give 5 stars

First time using e-sim. Generally seamless into iPhone 17. I was not aware you can't text locally or make phone calls unless you use VOIP or WhatsApp which is a shame..

How to check eSIM compatibility
Smartphones / Tablets:
Dial *#06#. → If an EID number appears, your device is eSIM-compatible.
Windows 10 / 11:
Press Windows+I. Go to “Network & Internet” → If you see "Cellular", your PC is eSIM-compatible.
How to check carrier unlocking
iPhone / iPad:
Go to Settings > General > About. Scroll to Carrier Lock. → If you see “No SIM restrictions”, your device is unlocked.
Android:
Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile network. Disable Automatic network selection. → If multiple networks appear, your device is unlocked.
You already have an eSIM in your cart.
Each order can only include one eSIM data plan.
