If your device is equipped with more than one SIM or eSIM, you must select the SIM containing Ubigi’s profile to be able to connect. All our ICCIDs start with the following numbers: 8988247
> In Windows 10 and Windows 11 – go to “Settings” then “Networks & Internet” – select “Cellular” in the left menu. – in the drop down list, select the right SIM. For Microsoft Surface Pro 5 LTE users, the eSIM with Cellular Data is SIM 2.
> In iOS We have a special page that explains how to set up Ubigi on your iOS dual SIM device : Click here
> In Android – Go to Settings / Connections / Mobile Networks / SIM cards manager – Under « Preferred SIM cards » section, select the Ubigi eSIM for « Mobile Data »

Seamless internet service…
I have had seamless internet service across Spain, Amsterdam and London. Setup was easy but required assistance from customer service. Customer service responded within minutes by email. So better to activate the service where Wifi is available.

Ubigi works great in Japan
At first, I was not able to add the plan on to my Samsung Galaxy flip 5 phone which concerned me. I emailed Ubigi and they answered quickly. I then was able to add the plan I purchased. My phone has been working perfectly since then with the 25gb plan and able to find restaurants, train, shopping, directions with maps, etc. This is the way to go when in Japan!

I used Ubigi in my trip to Japan…
I used Ubigi in my trip to Japan (Tokyo+Kyoto). At first internet worked really well but at the end of the trip it started to get slow and for a short period of time it didn’t work at all. There was a taifun in Japan at the time we visited and although it didn’t effect us directly otherwise it may have had an effect on internet connection.

How to check eSIM compatibility
Smartphones / Tablets:
Dial *#06#. → If an EID number appears, your device is eSIM-compatible.
Windows 10 / 11:
Press Windows+I. Go to “Network & Internet” → If you see "Cellular", your PC is eSIM-compatible.
How to check carrier unlocking
iPhone / iPad:
Go to Settings > General > About. Scroll to Carrier Lock. → If you see “No SIM restrictions”, your device is unlocked.
Android:
Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile network. Disable Automatic network selection. → If multiple networks appear, your device is unlocked.
You already have an eSIM in your cart.
Each order can only include one eSIM data plan.
If you choose to add a new one, the current plan will be removed. What would you like to do?
