How do I know if my Ubigi eSIM profile is activated on my Windows 10 or Windows 11 device?
In order to know if your Ubigi eSIM profile is activated on your Windows 10 or Windows 11 device, follow the instructions below:
First of all, ensure that the Mobile network option is activated on the “Network & Internet settings” on the flyout, then deactivate the WiFi option:
Windows 10:
Windows 11:
If the ‘Cellular’ function appears there, it means that your device is equipped with an eSIM. You have now to check if a Ubigi eSIM profile is installed on it. To do that:
On Windows 10: – First, go to your device Settings – Then, select ‘Networks and Internet’ – After that, press ‘Cellular’ or “Mobile” – Finally, you can see which SIM card/eSIM are installed and active:
Windows 11: – First, go to your device Settings – Then, select ‘Networks and Internet’ – After that, press ‘Cellular’ – Then, press ‘eSIM profiles’ : – Finally, you can see which SIM card/eSIM are installed and active (appear as “applied) on your device:

Does what it says.
It’s easy to load on your phone. It works well and is well priced. If you are moderately tech savvy this should be a no brainer for a traveler.

easy to purchase
easy to purchase; It worked seamlessly when I arrived at my destination and turned on my phone. It works well and I have yet to have any problems with it. I just wish I had reviewed other options carefully so I can make and receive phone calls.

Installation of eSIM is easy
Installation of eSIM is easy. Very easy to activate the eSIM once at the destination. However the network in Hong Kong is slow and offers only 4g. No 5G network is not acceptable in today’s world.

How to check eSIM compatibility
Smartphones / Tablets:
Dial *#06#. → If an EID number appears, your device is eSIM-compatible.
Windows 10 / 11:
Press Windows+I. Go to “Network & Internet” → If you see "Cellular", your PC is eSIM-compatible.
How to check carrier unlocking
iPhone / iPad:
Go to Settings > General > About. Scroll to Carrier Lock. → If you see “No SIM restrictions”, your device is unlocked.
Android:
Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile network. Disable Automatic network selection. → If multiple networks appear, your device is unlocked.
You already have an eSIM in your cart.
Each order can only include one eSIM data plan.
If you choose to add a new one, the current plan will be removed. What would you like to do?
