Resolve an issue with Ubigi eSIM profile on Android device
If you encounter difficulties to configure or to connect with your Ubigi eSIM profile, please follow each one of the steps below to make sure that your eSIM profile is well configured and activated on your Apple device:
1 – Check if eSIM profile is installed on your device
2 – Check if eSIM profile is activated on the settings of your device
3 – Check if the “Mobile Data” option is applied to the eSIM profile you want to use
4 – Check if the APN is set correctly for your Ubigi eSIM profile
5 – If no network is displayed on your device while all previous steps are OK, please perform a manual network search to select an available network at your location
Your Ubigi eSIM profile is now well configured and you can access the Ubigi cellular connectivity and services.
