If you have forgotten your username or password, you can reset it by using your Ubigi application.
First, make sure that:
1/ the cellular/mobile data connectivity is applied to your Ubigi eSIM profile (and not to your primary SIM card):
>> For iPhone/iPad: go to Settings > Mobile data > in the Data plan list, select Ubigi > turn on the data for the Ubigi line
>> For Android devices: go to Settings > Connections > SIM card manager > in Preferred SIM card, select the Ubigi line for Mobile data
2/ disable the WiFi option on your device
Once done, go back to your Ubigi application and you will see that you will be logged in automatically to your account. From there, you will be able to retrieve your username and change your password in the Settings section on the application.
For Windows 10 or Windows 11 devices (with eSIM or SIM card):
– First deactivate WiFi and active Cellular/Mobile on the networks section:
– Then open a browser and go to ubigi.me and you will see that you will be logged in automatically to your account.
From there, you will be able to retrieve your username and password in the Settings tab of your account.
