Yes. After your eSIM has been set up, the Ubigi Selfcare and the Ubigi website are accessible free of charge using your Ubigi connectivity, even if you have no remaining credit. You can check your balance and top up at any time without needing Wi-Fi.

Do I need Wi-Fi for my first purchase or eSIM setup?
Yes. A Wi-Fi connection or another internet connection is required for your first purchase and to complete the initial eSIM setup. Once this initial setup is finished, free access via Ubigi connectivity applies to all future purchases and account management.
