Does my Ubigi eSIM profile have a validity period and will expire one day?
The Ubigi eSIM profile has unlimited validity period as it stays active as long as you top up your Ubigi account with a prepaid data plan at least once in 18 months.
This means that it is only after a period of 18 months of inactivity (i.e no prepaid data plan used at all) that the eSIM profile will automatically be terminated.
The period of 18 months is calculated from the date of your last consumption from the last prepaid data plan you used.

Ubigi eSIM was a bit of a challenge to set up initially, and it did require some patience to get everything running. However, once it was activated and working properly, the service was absolutely flawless.
Throughout my Far East trip, the data connection was reliable, fast, and consistent, with excellent signal coverage across multiple locations. It completely removed the stress of finding local SIM cards or relying on unreliable Wi-Fi, making travel far easier and more comfortable.
Once up and running, it delivered exactly what you want when travelling: seamless data access, strong coverage, and peace of mind. I would confidently use it again for international travel.

How to check eSIM compatibility
Smartphones / Tablets:
Dial *#06#. → If an EID number appears, your device is eSIM-compatible.
Windows 10 / 11:
Press Windows+I. Go to “Network & Internet” → If you see "Cellular", your PC is eSIM-compatible.
How to check carrier unlocking
iPhone / iPad:
Go to Settings > General > About. Scroll to Carrier Lock. → If you see “No SIM restrictions”, your device is unlocked.
Android:
Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile network. Disable Automatic network selection. → If multiple networks appear, your device is unlocked.
You already have an eSIM in your cart.
