If you’re experiencing issues with your Ubigi data connection, there are a few steps you can take to resolve the situation quickly:
1. Check your data plan:
Make sure your Ubigi plan is still active and that the validity period hasn’t expired. You can verify this directly by connecting to your Ubigi account in the Ubigi app or on Ubigi.me
2. Verify your eSIM setup and check your network settings:
Ensure that your Ubigi eSIM is correctly installed on your device by following the instructions on our troubleshooting page.
Make sure Mobile Data and Data Roaming are both enabled as specifically described in these instructions, and that Airplane Mode is turned off.
3. Restart your device:
A simple restart often helps refresh your network connection.
4. Check coverage:
If you’re in a remote area, connectivity might be temporarily limited. Network quality is generally strongest in urban areas and may weaken in remote regions, depending on the coverage of our local telecom partners. Ubigi relies on their infrastructure to provide connectivity in each country available in our data plans.
If you’ve checked all these steps and the issue persists, please contact the Ubigi support team for further help. Our technical team will be happy to assist you and help you reconnect as quickly as possible.
💡 Tip: Keep your Ubigi app updated to ensure you always benefit from the latest improvements and connectivity optimizations.
