Note: In case you encounter any issue with your eSIM profile, do not delete it and just contact our Customer Service for more help.
If you really want to delete the eSIM profile on your Windows device (for instance in case you want to transfer it to a new/other device):
On Windows 10:
Go to:
– Settings
– Network & Internet
– Cellular
– Then click on Manage eSIM profiles button:
– Then, under eSIM Profiles, you can now select the eSIM profile you want to delete
– and click on Delete.
On Windows 11:
Go to:
– Settings
– Network and internet
– Mobile
– eSIM profiles
– then on the “Reset eSIM” section, click on “Reset“.
WARNING: This action will delete all eSIM profiles from your device:
