I am stuck on the “FINAL STEP” page, and the message “Waiting for Ubigi cellular connectivity” has been displayed for several minutes. How can I resolve this?
If this message has been displayed on your screen for several minutes, please follow the steps below to resolve the issue:
1. Turn off Wi-Fi on your device.
2. Ensure that your Ubigi line is activated: – Go to Settings – Select Mobile Data (or Cellular) – Choose your Ubigi eSIM profile – Make sure the “Turn on this line” option is enabled
3.Activate mobile data for your Ubigi line: – Go to Settings – Select Mobile Data (or Cellular) – At the top, select Mobile Data – Choose your Ubigi eSIM
You are now connected to Ubigi. You can reopen the Ubigi app, and you will be connected to your Ubigi account.

So Simple that a 60 Year Old Can Use It
At 60 years old, I had doubt and anxiety finding a way to stay connected to the internet on my cellphone while visiting Germany from the United States. My son told me about Ubigi. While at the airport, I signed up and downloaded the Ubigi App. The directions were simple and clear especially providing images of my cellphone setup features. Once I landed in Germany, the activation was automatic and seamless. When I have WiFi, I can use it and while I don't have WiFi, Ubigi automatically takes over. There are many packages and prices to select from. I love that there isn't anything I physically have to buy and install. So simple that a 60 year old can use it:)

How to check if a device is ready for eSIM?
Check eSIM compatibility
Smartphones & Cellular Tablets:
Dial (*#06#). If an EID number shows, your device supports eSIM!
Laptops (Windows 10/11):
Open your flyout (bottom-right corner). If Cellular settings are visible, your laptop supports eSIM!
Check Carrier Unlock
On iOS:
Go to Settings > General > About, scroll to Carrier Lock. If it says "No SIM restrictions", your device is unlocked!
On Android:
Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile Network, turn off Auto network selection. If you see multiple available networks, your device is unlocked! If only one appears, or you get an error, it may be locked.
