If you do want to modify the password of your Ubigi account: – Connect to your Ubigi account – Go to the Settings tab – Enter a new password in the field « New password» – Confirm it on the following field – Click on the UPDATE button to register it

The connection is steady and reliable. I'm glad we have discovered Ubigi. We found the app and recommendations by using AI. The app is user friendly and easy to get going, like installing the e-sim. I also liked the point that when arriving at my destination my i-phone automatically shifted to the ubigi network. Main point is the international orientation which is convenient for future travel.

How to check eSIM compatibility
Smartphones / Tablets:
Dial *#06#. → If an EID number appears, your device is eSIM-compatible.
Windows 10 / 11:
Press Windows+I. Go to “Network & Internet” → If you see "Cellular", your PC is eSIM-compatible.
How to check carrier unlocking
iPhone / iPad:
Go to Settings > General > About. Scroll to Carrier Lock. → If you see “No SIM restrictions”, your device is unlocked.
Android:
Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile network. Disable Automatic network selection. → If multiple networks appear, your device is unlocked.
You already have an eSIM in your cart.
