I have a new Windows 10 or Windows 11 device. How can I reinstall my Ubigi eSIM profile on it?
If you are using a new device and want to transfer your eSIM profile from your old device to the new one, you can ask for an eSIM swap to our customer service. This will allow you to keep your current Ubigi account by installing the Ubigi eSIM profile on your new device.
To do that, send your eSIM swap request to our customer service by filling in the contact form here.
You will then receive by email a new activation code to swap your eSIM profile to your new device (all installation steps are specified in the email you will receive – you can also find them on the Microsoft support page here).

I had a great experience with Ubigi
I had a great experience with Ubigi. The service worked very well during my trip, and when I accidentally purchased the wrong plan, I contacted customer support. They resolved my issue quickly and the whole process was simple and hassle-free.
My only suggestion is to keep improving the app interface. I found it a bit confusing, and I had to spend extra time and even use AI to better understand how some of the plans work. Aside from that, everything else was excellent. I would definitely recommend Ubigi.

Best performance in France I have experienced in the last 5 years. Great connection right after landing and never lost it so far. Completely satisfied with the battery usage as well. (I think it drains battery faster whenever the reception is fluctuated.)

Easy to install. Some of other eSIM require to read the QR code to install and many steps, however UBIGI one is just instant, plus connection is usually good. I tried in USA (many cities), South America and Japan.

We got 2 eSIMs with 50GB of data for our trip to Japan and they work pretty well.
Purchasing them via the app was very smooth and also the same with the installation.

How to check eSIM compatibility
Smartphones / Tablets:
Dial *#06#. → If an EID number appears, your device is eSIM-compatible.
Windows 10 / 11:
Press Windows+I. Go to “Network & Internet” → If you see "Cellular", your PC is eSIM-compatible.
How to check carrier unlocking
iPhone / iPad:
Go to Settings > General > About. Scroll to Carrier Lock. → If you see “No SIM restrictions”, your device is unlocked.
Android:
Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile network. Disable Automatic network selection. → If multiple networks appear, your device is unlocked.
You already have an eSIM in your cart.
Each order can only include one eSIM data plan.
