I have a new Windows 10 or Windows 11 device. How can I reinstall my Ubigi eSIM profile on it?
If you are using a new device and want to transfer your eSIM profile from your old device to the new one, you can ask for an eSIM swap to our customer service. This will allow you to keep your current Ubigi account by installing the Ubigi eSIM profile on your new device.
To do that, send your eSIM swap request to our customer service by filling in the contact form here.
You will then receive by email a new activation code to swap your eSIM profile to your new device (all installation steps are specified in the email you will receive – you can also find them on the Microsoft support page here).

I used it in New York during the World Cup; everything worked great—I didn't even use up all the gigabytes.
I recommend it

Good experience, except for calls unavailability
I used my plan in Japan - Yokohama. The experience overall is great; the network automatically activated once I arrived to Haneda airport, and coverage in Yokohama and Tokyo was great. My only take is the lack of calls in the plan. I needed to make some emergency calls due problems with the flight, and the plan didn't help much then. So, in the future, I might reconsider other options solely due to the calls availability. Other than that, I'd keep using Ubigi.

I order a Ubigi esim card before my japan trip start and activated when i arrive. It is easy to install and use. I used the esim card in Tokyo and kyoto and nearby areas, mostly for google map and ranslate etc. find the speed is quick enough for my use and siglnals are sufficient. I would buy it again next time

How to check eSIM compatibility
Smartphones / Tablets:
Dial *#06#. → If an EID number appears, your device is eSIM-compatible.
Windows 10 / 11:
Press Windows+I. Go to “Network & Internet” → If you see "Cellular", your PC is eSIM-compatible.
How to check carrier unlocking
iPhone / iPad:
Go to Settings > General > About. Scroll to Carrier Lock. → If you see “No SIM restrictions”, your device is unlocked.
Android:
Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile network. Disable Automatic network selection. → If multiple networks appear, your device is unlocked.
You already have an eSIM in your cart.
Each order can only include one eSIM data plan.
If you choose to add a new one, the current plan will be removed. What would you like to do?
