How can I enable my Ubigi eSIM profile on my Android device when I want to use it again?
If you want to reactivate your Ubigi eSIM profile (even temporarily) on your Android device :
1 – Go to Settings > Connections > then SIM card manager and activate the Ubigi eSIM profile (NB: if you have not renamed it yet, the name “secondary” will appear):
2 – For Mobile Data, select the eSIM profile corresponding to Ubigi
3 – Then go to Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks and activate “Data Roaming”
4 – Finally go to Access points name > in there select the Ubigi eSIM (at the bottom right of the screen) > add an APN > fill in the name= Ubigi and APN= mbb then SAVE.
You can now use your Ubigi eSIM connection!
(NB: These settings are stored if you simply activate/deactivate the profile. Everything will be erased if you delete the profile)

We recommend you to never delete your Ubigi eSIM profile when you travel or when you do not use it as you can simply deactivate it as described above, until you need it again.

Ubigi eSIM was so easy to use as they have videos to watch for assistance and I did not have any issues using it for 10 days in Japan. Would definitely suggest anyone to use Ubigi as I was impressed how it worked and it was the first time I used an eSIM.

Brilliant for travel cheap, easy and totally reliable!
Used Ubigi eSIM while on holiday and it worked perfectly from the moment I landed. Setup took a couple of minutes through the app, no messing about with SIM cards or dodgy airport Wi-Fi. Signal was solid the whole trip and the data prices were far cheaper than roaming with my UK network.
I tethered my other devices too with no issues. Honestly, it just worked — simple, affordable and stress-free. Highly recommend Ubigi for anyone travelling abroad!

How to check if a device is ready for eSIM?
Check eSIM compatibility
Smartphones & Cellular Tablets:
Dial (*#06#). If an EID number shows, your device supports eSIM!
Laptops (Windows 10/11):
Open your flyout (bottom-right corner). If Cellular settings are visible, your laptop supports eSIM!
Check Carrier Unlock
On iOS:
Go to Settings > General > About, scroll to Carrier Lock. If it says "No SIM restrictions", your device is unlocked!
On Android:
Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile Network, turn off Auto network selection. If you see multiple available networks, your device is unlocked! If only one appears, or you get an error, it may be locked.
You already have an eSIM in your cart.
