In case you deleted the eSIM profile on your Windows 10/11 device, we invite you to contact our Customer Service and provide the EID of your device.
We can then retrieve the “activation code” for your eSIM profile so that you can reinstall it on your device.

I really liked the service you provide
I really liked the service you provide. I can easily call a car anywhere and at any time. The prices are very reasonable and the service responds very quickly. However, sometimes we cannot find a driver and a fee is charged under the name of a waiting time. I am the one who is waiting, so I do not understand why we have to pay a fee for that.
