My device does not show “Ubigi” as carrier name, is it normal?

Yes, this is completely normal. Depending on your device and location, you may see:

– The name of a local partner carrier
– The numbers “901 37”
– Our previous brand name “Cellular Data”
– The name of our company “Transatel”

These variations are only display differences; as long as you are using your Ubigi eSIM, your connectivity and service are fully functional. There’s no need to worry if you don’t see “Ubigi” explicitly—your device is still connected to the Ubigi network and can access all features as usual.

The location was beautiful. Very peaceful and relaxing with the sound of the waterfall in the background. Staff prompt, friendly. Transported straight to the door, welcome drink. The therapist were amazing. Checked in at all times to see if the treatment was as planned. Privacy maintained. Would do it again.
