My eSIM Ubigi profile is installed and active on my iPhone/iPad, the network is displayed but I don’t have access to the Internet, what should I do?
Important: When you have multiple SIM cards/eSIMs (“plans”) on your iPhone/iPad, it is not possible to activate cellular data on two plans at the same time. You can only apply it to one of them.
You need to verify that Cellular Data is applied to the Ubigi eSIM profile for you to access the Internet. To do that, go to:
– Settings:
– Then, select Mobile Data:
– Then, select Mobile data again:
– Finally enter Cellular Data and select “secondary”:
Your iPhone/iPad will now use the cellular data connection from your Ubigi eSIM profile and you will be able to access the Internet with it.

So glad this was available for us!
We went to Canada for vacation and realized that Straight Talk our US cell phone provider is only US. A quick google search gave us options for a data plan. We purchased a seven day data plan and it was easy to do, download the app and activate. It was very helpful! It didn’t cover all of the areas we went since we were in Banff, Jasper, Yoho…National Parks, but we are so glad we had it.

Service was fast and reliable…
Service was fast and reliable throughout our trip.
Only glitch was the fact that it was not clearly explained in the documentation that you can only have one data plan per account per device. This led to all sorts of confusion where I tried to sign up a data plan for two devices on the same account.
This was compounded by the fact that Support said this was possible but Customer Service said it was not. Furthermore, it was not clear how to reach Support or Customer service; there was just one form to fill out, and it was not really clear who was answering.

I used Ubigi for my 13 day stay in Kyoto and Tokyo. I had 5g coverage in most areas but there was a 2-3 second delay before downloads happened. Very useful for directions and downloading web pages. I thought 10gb would be more than enough for 13 days with heavy usage. I didn’t even get to 3gb.

Japan coverage
Great coverage and efficient plan. I chose the 10GB and it was just enough for my 9-days-stay in Japan.

Great value for the money
Great value for the money! I used the 25GB plan during my 15-day trip to Japan, and it worked perfectly everywhere, even in the countryside.

Great product
We used Ubigi for a trip to Europe. Having the eSIM allowed us to keep in contact with each other and home while we were away. Lots of data for a reasonable price.

🙏🏻💗✨🙌🏻
On the advice of a friend from Amsterdam, I used an app and a card. Unfortunately, I couldn't pay with Russian cards, and my friend helped me again. The connection in Istanbul and the Princes' Islands was always fast and perfect. Thank you!!!!

How to check if a device is ready for eSIM?
Check eSIM compatibility
Smartphones & Cellular Tablets:
Dial (*#06#). If an EID number shows, your device supports eSIM!
Laptops (Windows 10/11):
Open your flyout (bottom-right corner). If Cellular settings are visible, your laptop supports eSIM!
Check Carrier Unlock
On iOS:
Go to Settings > General > About, scroll to Carrier Lock. If it says "No SIM restrictions", your device is unlocked!
On Android:
Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile Network, turn off Auto network selection. If you see multiple available networks, your device is unlocked! If only one appears, or you get an error, it may be locked.
You already have an eSIM in your cart.
Each order can only include one eSIM data plan.
Current plan: •
If you choose to add a new one, the current plan will be removed. What would you like to do?
