Oo, kung gumagamit ka ng VPN o ilang uri ng DNS sa iyong device, dapat mo silang i-disable upang hindi maabala o ma-block ang iyong koneksyon sa Ubigi.
Mahalaga: Kung gumagamit ka ng DNS o VPN mula sa iyong kumpanya, inirerekomenda naming makipag-ugnayan ka muna sa IT technical team ng iyong kumpanya para sa karagdagang tulong.

The connectivity coupled with other SIM is a challenge as it interferes with the local network which is not the case with other service providers. Though it’s good in a standalone basis and I would recommend others to use the sim

Does not work while driving on hills…
Does not work while driving on hills like hachimantai and mount zao. Remote area connectivity needs major improvement, was not even properly working at Yamadera farms.

When we landed, the connection was not automatic. It was actually kind of hard to get connected, but once connected to service was good.

I had an issue that my Ubigi e-sim
I had an issue that my Ubigi e-sim that was not installed (my fault for not checking)
Once I contacted Ubigi support they were within minutes responding and with more details from me they gave me all the info I needed to correct my problem.
Took less than 20 minutes to get up and running.
This is my second time using Ubigi and I can say that their customer service and e-sim work really well for my needs.
Without hesitation I would recommend Ubigi to anyone who travels.

Windows 10 / 11:
Pindutin ang Windows+I. Pumunta sa "Network at Internet" → Kung nakikita mo ang "Cellular", eSIM-compatible ang iyong PC.
Paano suriin ang pag-unlock ng carrier
iPhone / iPad:
Pumunta sa Mga Setting > Pangkalahatan > Tungkol sa Mag-scroll sa Carrier Lock. → Kung makikita mo ang Walang mga paghihigpit sa SIM, naka-unlock ang iyong aparato.
Android:
Pumunta sa Mga Setting > Network at Internet > Mobile network. I-disable ang Awtomatikong pagpili ng network. → Kung lumalabas ang maraming network, naka-unlock ang iyong device.
Mayroon ka nang eSIM sa iyong cart.
Bawat order ay maaari lamang maglaman ng isang eSIM data plan.
