How to get an invoice for my Ubigi data plan purchase?

Once your purchase is done, it will appear directly in the purchase history on your Ubigi account under the “Orders” tab. To access it, please follow the steps on the section below:
Where can I find my Ubigi purchase history?

You will also automatically receive a payment receipt from us by email after your purchase. This receipt contains information you may need for your records, such as the transaction amount, date and time, payment reference, and more.

Note: The payment receipt is sent at the time of purchase from the email address noreply@ubigi.com. If you cannot find it, please check your junk or spam folder.

If you need an invoice with VAT details, or including your name/company name and address, please fill in the form here to send your invoice request to our Customer Service. Be sure to specify the information you want included in the invoice.
